Overview

Hyperspace Unlimited is a fan-made digital collecting experience. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use our website or mobile application.

Information we collect

Account information: your email address, display name, profile image, and Clerk account identifier when you create or sign in to an account.
Collection and activity information: cards owned, packs opened, credits, XP, missions, battles, achievements, favorites, referrals, and code redemptions.
Purchase records: if native credit purchases are enabled, transaction identifiers and fulfillment status needed to verify and grant credits. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Technical information: basic device, browser, IP-address, and log information that our hosting, authentication, app-store, and infrastructure providers may process to operate, secure, and diagnose the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and protect the collection experience, create your account and binder, grant packs and rewards, prevent abuse and duplicate claims, maintain rankings and public profiles, provide support, and improve the app.

Public profiles and activity

Your collector name, profile image, collection statistics, rankings, achievements, and selected public binder information may be visible to other collectors. Do not use personal information as your collector name. Private account details, such as your email address, are not displayed publicly.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service, including Clerk for authentication, Convex for application data, Vercel for hosting, and, when native purchases are enabled, Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat for purchase processing and verification. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

What we do not collect or sell

We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, text messages, call history, health information, photos, or files from your device. Hyperspace Unlimited does not use your collection as cash, cryptocurrency, or a financial account.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and collection information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal obligations, and service operations. You can permanently delete your account and associated app data from the account-deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Children

Hyperspace Unlimited is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
